I think it's easier just to get the eBay one for $20 since they come programmed with Wozmon (the A1 and A2 PROMs...A3 and A4 are two other PROMs that are used in the cassette interface board if you decide to add one).
The 2519 shift registers are hard-to-find nowadays. You can still get some eBay for about $65 here or use a breakout board such as this. I haven't used the breakout but it looks pretty cool. The CM2140 is a character generator. It's basically a pre-programmed PROM. Those you can get on eBay but I think the 2513 is cheaper and can be used instead of CM2140. They're also on eBay between $10-20.
The MK4096 RAM has gotten very expensive. You can substitute it with MK4027 which are more affordable. You can get a set of 16 from eBay or purchase individual chips of eBay. But you'll need at least 8.
